Fireworks are prohibited in the City of Pasco (except for authorized public displays). It is not permitted to sell, possess or discharge fireworks within the city limits. Violators are subject to a $250 fine.   For a family safe celebration, enjoy the Grand Old Fourth Celebration at GESA Stadium.
